For applications where the product will be used in high care areas, HennoPack has a range of bag insertion or bag in box machines as they are also known. The bags are formed over the presented box and blown into the box, leaving an overlap.

After the bag is filled the overlapped bag is folded down into the box before case sealing. The MB40p series is capable of up to 10 cases per minute being reliably produced. These systems can be integrated into fully automated production lines.

They are also capable of double bagging the case.
