When a filling cycle is initiated by push button or contact closure, pallet dispenser forks lower the stack of pallets onto the roller conveyor, withdraw from the bottom pallet, and raise the remaining pallets, allowing the roller conveyor equipped with photoelectric eyes to move the dispensed pallet into position below the robotic palletzier station.

    Working principle

The palletizing line has a set of empty pallet dispenser, see chart. The empty pallets are inputted by forklift into empty pallet dispenser, when one pallet is stacked, the palletizing conveyor transport the stacked pallet to conveyor for forklift, the cylinder below the empty pallet dispenser controlled by the middle seal valve, jacking the pallet in pallet dispenser and discharged it one by one. The pallet will be transported to palletizing conveyor. This kind of circular work can save time of pallet placing, and also guarantee the safety of operation.

    Working principle
The palletizing line has a set of empty pallet conveyor, see chart. The empty pallet conveyor send the empty pallet out, use the stopper cylinder to locate it, and make a preparation for the pallet transported to the reversing empty pallet conveyor. This empty pallet conveyor adopt bi-patch chain to transmit, so the operation is stable,safe and reliable.
